Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Store Manager with a multichannel retailer to oversee a new high-profile store.

As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team, ensuring excellent service and retail standards. Your duties will include achieving store objectives such as sales, inventory control, and customer service, while embodying the company's values and principles.

Key responsibilities:

1. Driving sales through planning, execution, and analysis.
2. Managing returns, complaints, and customer service issues to ensure positive outcomes.
