ProCook is seeking a passionate and driven Deputy Store Manager to join our Milton Keynes Store team!

Your Recipe for Success:

As our Deputy Store Manager, you'll assist the Store Manager in leading the team and ensuring a delightful shopping experience.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Brief the team on daily goals
• Engage with customers and assist in product selection
• Train staff on products and customer service
• Maintain store standards and perform general duties
• Prepare the store for the next day

Requirements:

• Support daily store operations
• Take charge in the absence of the Store Manager
• Create memorable shopping experiences
• Train and motivate the team to be product experts and brand ambassadors
• Maintain an inviting store layout
• Manage costs effectively
• Ensure stock accuracy and report issues

The Ideal Candidate:

• Loves engaging with customers and providing excellent service
• Has retail experience in a similar role
• Driven to meet targets in a fast-paced environment
