Job summary

Your Recruitment Coach Ltd is seeking a Deputy Showroom Manager for our Surrey showroom. You will drive sales, support the Showroom Manager and manage leads, while ensuring outstanding customer service and showroom presentation.

You will lead a busy team, conduct regular 1-1s, coordinate staffing, and liaise with other departments on displays and promotions. Experience in B2B sales and CRM usage is essential, with a passion for interiors and luxury goods.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales environment.
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
• Must have experience in using a CRM.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maximise team productivity.
• Manage staffing matters including shift roster management, annual leave requests and absence reporting.
• Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and performance appraisals with Team Leader and Sales Advisors.
• Attend management meetings and liaise with other departments on projects including premises maintenance and display changes.
• Purchase showroom consumables and perform showroom duties as required.
• Answer incoming sales calls and make outbound calls to the customer database.
• Create quotations, process payments, arrange deliveries and provide aftersales service.
• Increase online customer reviews and advise on suitability, sizing, pricing for interiors.

ob Title: Deputy Showroom Manager

Salary: 40K , plus OTE

Location: Surrey

As a Deputy Showroom Manager, you will have a full understanding of the retail sales cycle, you will be experienced and confident in targeting, engaging and qualifying potential customers. With proven B2B experience you will also be confident and successful with gaining and retaining trade customers.

You will support the Showroom Manager with sales, customer service and resolving issues as and when required. You will manage your own leads as well as monitoring the Sales Advisor's workloads. You will also be required to conduct face to face showroom appointments with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales
• Maximise team productivity
• Manage staffing matters (including shift roster management, annual leave requests, absence reporting)
• Conduct regular one to one meetings and performance appraisals with Team Leader and Sales Advisors
• Attend management meetings
• Liaise effectively and constructively with other departments on relevant projects including to facilitate premises maintenance and/or display changes
• Purchasing of showroom consumables
• All other Showroom Manager duties as required

Additional responsibilities

• Creating quotations, processing payments, arranging deliveries, and providing outstanding aftersales service
