Job summary

Voyage Care Ltd. is seeking a Deputy Service Manager in Manchester. You will lead the DCA Office team, develop person-centred plans, and assess care needs to promote independence for our clients.

The role requires a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, a full UK driving licence, and experience in care management for individuals with complex needs. DBS checks will apply as part of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Level 3 in Health & Social Care required.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
• Experience in care management and supporting complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to support people to gain more independence.
• Develop and implement person-centred support plans and conduct care needs assessments.
• Recruit and induct new colleagues; complete supervisions and appraisals.
• Complete medication competencies and medication audits; attend multi-disciplinary meetings and produce reports.
• Support Registered Manager in day-to-day service management and on-call rota responsibilities.
