Job summary

Voyage Care in Johnstone is seeking a proactive Deputy Service Manager to lead our residential service. You will supervise a dedicated team, implement person-centred support plans, conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct staff, and support the Registered Manager with day-to-day management.

You will participate in on-call rotas, maintain reports and audits, attend multi-disciplinary meetings, and help people gain greater independence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a care service and developing person-centred plans.
• Ability to conduct care needs assessments and supervise staff.
• Experience with medication competencies and audits; multi-disciplinary liaison.
