Voyage Care is seeking a Deputy Service Manager for our residential service in Talke, near Stoke-on-Trent. The role reports into the Registered Manager and will lead a team to deliver person-centred support, assessments and care planning, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety for individuals supported.

You will be involved in recruitment, supervision, appraisals, medication competencies, audits and multi-disciplinary meetings, with on-call duties included.
