Sanza Teaching Agency is seeking a dedicated Deputy SENCO to join a school team in London. You will support the SENCO, coordinate SEND provision and monitor pupil progress to ensure inclusion.

The ideal candidate will have SEND experience in a school, strong communication and teamwork skills, and be proactive in improving outcomes for pupils. Start ASAP; full-time or part-time position.

Formación

• Experience coordinating SEND provision in a school setting.
• Strong understanding of SEND needs and interventions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with staff, parents and external professionals.
• Proactive and compassionate approach to improving pupil outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and implement the school's SEND provision in partnership with the SENCO.
• Identify pupils needing additional learning support.
• Monitor pupil progress and review individual support plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, teaching assistants, parents and external professionals.
• Support interventions and strategies to meet SEND responsibilities and policies.
• Promote inclusive teaching practices and positive outcomes for all pupils.
