• Help identify pupils who require additional learning support.
• Monitor pupil progress and contribute to the review of individual support plans.
• Work closely with teachers, teaching assistants, parents and external professionals.
• Support the implementation of appropriate interventions and strategies.
• Help ensure the school meets its SEND responsibilities and follows relevant policies.
• Promote inclusive teaching practices and positive outcomes for all pupils.
