Job summary

Qualiteach Education Group is seeking an experienced Deputy SENCO for a Southwark secondary school. You will work closely with the SENCO to coordinate support for students with additional needs and help drive SEND provision across the school.

The role involves contributing to EHCP/EHCNA processes, annual reviews, referrals, Personal Learning Plans and parent communication to improve outcomes for learners with SEND.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with SEND is essential.
• Knowledge of EHCPs, annual reviews and SEND provision is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop support for students with additional needs alongside the SENCO.
• Contribute to EHCP/EHCNA processes, annual reviews, referrals and parental communication.
