Salary: £30,559 - £32,654 per annum

  • Support the SENCo in leading SEND provision across the school

  • Deliver and monitor effective intervention strategies and tailored support plans

  • Monitor and evaluate student progress and wellbeing

  • Model high expectations and inclusive practice across the curriculum

  • Hold a degree or equivalent qualification

  • Have a deep understanding of SEND legislation, needs and strategies

  • Demonstrate a successful track record of supporting SEND pupils to achieve positive outcomes

  • Be a reflective and inspiring classroom practitioner

  • Set high expectations and serve as a positive role model for students and staff

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
