Are you a dedicated and experienced SENCO looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact in a supportive and forward-thinking school? We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.
As SENCO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all children, regardless of their ability or additional needs, have access to high-quality education and the support they need to thrive. Working closely with the Headteacher and Governing Body, you will lead the school’s approach to inclusive education, advising and supporting staff to implement effective strategies that enable every child to reach their full potential.

Hold the National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) or be working towards it.
Have a strong track record in SEND leadership and provision within a school setting.
Be passionate about inclusive education and championing the needs of all learners.
Be an excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with staff, parents, and external professionals.
Demonstrate resilience, innovation, and strategic thinking in addressing SEND challenges.
Support the school’s values and ethos, promoting a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
