Arthur Rank Hospice Charity in Sawston invites applications for a Deputy Hub Manager to lead our Retail Hub and Outlet. This role is 30 hours per week on a rota including weekends, with a starting salary of £25,760 and potential to £27,476.

You will work with the Retail team to drive income, manage stock donations, supervise staff and volunteers, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain safe working practices.

Competenze

• Experience in a similar retail environment with responsibility for income and expenditure reporting.
• Ability to motivate staff and volunteers and work with the Retail team to achieve targets.

Mansioni

• Manage stock donations, stock rotation and identify new income streams.
• Support hub team (staff and volunteers) to deliver excellent customer service.
• Create a safe working environment for staff, volunteers and customers.
• Support van drivers with collections.
