Job summary

Care In My Home is seeking a Deputy Registered Manager to oversee high-quality domiciliary care across Harlow and Epping. You will work with the Nominated Individual and a Care Coordinator to ensure safe, compliant and people‑led care.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Carer, Supervisor, or Deputy in domiciliary care.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (minimum).
• Knowledge of CQC standards and person-centred care.
• Confident communicator and team leader.
• Driver with access to a vehicle.
