Job summary

Ultra PCS, part of Eaton, is looking for an Engineering Programme Manager to lead high-value development and production programmes in a defence/aerospace context. You will shape schedules, control budgets, manage risks and engage customers, delivering results across multiple projects.

Create WBS, OBS, PBS, and provide integrated master schedule reporting to stakeholders. The role supports flexible hybrid working in the UK, requires UK National Security Vetting and a proactive, can-do mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-value development and production programmes.
• Strong scheduling skills with WBS/OBS/PBS and MS Project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-project programmes, ensuring schedule and cost adherence.
• Manage subcontractors and statements of work.
• Provide monthly cost reporting and governance-ready data.
• Align programme with business objectives and strategic benefits.
