Qualifications

• Produce day-to-day production forecasts and plans.
• Maintain stock accuracy and rotation.
• Support sales order and factory order processing administration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate plans to achieve 100% customer service.
• Plan flow from Boning Hall to Despatch for efficiency.
• Maintain forecast within planning model for packaging/raw materials.
• Communicate plans to drive resource utilisation and minimise waste.
• Manage department to minimise stock write-offs of finished goods.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely product maturation and usage.
