MiChild Group is hiring a Deputy Nursery Manager for Highfield Nursery in Blackpool. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary of £14.50 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will work within a Good Ofsted-rated setting with spacious playrooms, outdoor learning spaces, and a strong focus on EYFS development. You will lead a caring team, support safeguarding, and foster strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Holds a full Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised).
• Demonstrated knowledge of EYFS and child development.
