MiChild Meadow Nursery in Blackpool is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager to lead and support a dedicated early years team. The role includes safeguarding and ensuring high standards of care and education across age groups in a busy nursery setting.
The post requires a full Level 3 Early Years qualification, strong EYFS knowledge, and experience leading a nursery team. Competitive salary is offered, with flexible 4–5 day options and extensive MiChild benefits.

Our setting includes four well‑equipped rooms, each tailored to a specific age group and led by a team trained specifically for that developmental stage. We support our team to feel confident within the age group they work with and support training needs. We also have a spacious outdoor garden space thoughtfully separated to suit different age groups, ensuring safe and enriching outdoor play for all. Our building has a total of 3 garden spaces. We’re especially proud of our dedicated preschool room, where children prepare for their school transition together in a supportive, structured environment.
