MiChild Group is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager for Highfield Nursery in Blackpool. The role offers a 40-hour week with rotating shifts and responsibilities spanning leadership, safeguarding, and delivering high-quality EYFS education.
You will lead staff, maintain strong relationships with families, and ensure daily operations meet Ofsted-ready standards while promoting an engaging learning environment for young children.

Highfield Nursery, proudly rated “Good” by Ofsted has a capacity of 51 children and has been part of the MiChild Family since 2020, Situated within Blackpool, close by to Blackpool Airport. We have 4 playrooms with a sensory room within our Preschool unit,. We are proud of our outdoor areas and have separate baby garden and preschool garden, this offers our children and staff boundless learning opportunities to engage in outdoor learning activities where we can become immersed in imaginative play outdoors.
