Job summary

MiChild Group’s Village Nursery in Lees, Oldham is seeking a Nursery Room Manager to lead a small team, supervise daily activities and deliver high-quality early years care aligned with the EYFS framework.

You will work 40 hours weekly at competitive pay (£13.50 per hour), with options for a 4–5 day week, generous annual leave, childcare discounts, wellbeing support and ongoing professional development in a welcoming, Ofsted‑rated 'Good' setting.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 Early Years qualification and strong knowledge of EYFS.
• Demonstrates safeguarding awareness and ability to apply policies.
• Experience leading a nursery room or team.
• Commitment to high standards of care and learning.
