Deputy Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN)

£52,500 per year | Full Time | Good CQC

This Good CQC-rated nursing home provides nursing, residential and dementia care for older adults within a charming and elegant setting. Inside, the home has a warm and welcoming feel, while beautiful gardens provide residents with peaceful outdoor spaces to enjoy throughout the year.

We’re looking for an experienced RGN or RMN with a strong nursing home background to join the management team as Deputy Nurse Manager. You’ll work closely with the Home Manager, supporting clinical standards, developing the team and ensuring residents continue to receive safe, personalised and compassionate care.
