Find. is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager (RGN qualified) for a warm, well-established elderly nursing home in Reading.

The role focuses on clinical leadership, supporting the team and delivering high-quality, person-centred care with dedicated time for leadership. Qualifications

Are you an experienced RGN-qualified Deputy Manager looking to join a small, friendly nursing home where you can genuinely make a difference?

We're recruiting for a welcoming, well-established elderly nursing home that prides itself on delivering outstanding, person-centred care in a warm and supportive environment.
