The role covers KYC/KYB, AML controls, screening, SARs, and regulatory engagement, with readiness for EU AML Regulation and collaboration across Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Financial Crime Operations, and Commercial teams.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in financial crime within regulated financial services.
• Experience acting as MLRO or Deputy MLRO with SAR decisioning.
• Strong understanding of UK financial crime requirements and EU considerations.
• Experience overseeing KYC/KYB, CDD, screening and monitoring.
• Ability to produce senior management reporting and regulatory responses.

Aufgaben

• Provide Nominated Officer cover under POCA/Terrorism Act delegations.
• Refine and assure UK/EU financial crime framework and controls.
• Lead regulatory engagement, reporting and risk assessments.
• Oversee CDD, screening, transaction monitoring and SAR processes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Product and Data teams.
• Lead readiness for EU AML Regulation across markets.
