Job summary

Broadgate is seeking a Financial Crime Advisory Manager & Deputy MLRO to report to the Head of Compliance & MLRO. You’ll split time as the financial crime SME on a three-year digital transformation programme.

The role includes acting as Deputy MLRO, owning the Financial Crime Risk Management Framework, and leading horizon-scanning for regulatory change, while representing the business at industry and regulatory forums.

Qualifications

• Extensive financial crime/AML experience gained within a bank or building society.
• Transformation project or online savings fraud experience (desirable).
• Strong communication skills and confidence with senior stakeholders.
