Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience in financial crime within cryptoasset or regulated fintech domains.
• Deep knowledge of UK AML/CTF, sanctions and related legislation (MLRs 2017, FCA guidance).
• Experience preparing SARs and liaising with regulators; ability to operate as a deputy MLRO.

Aufgaben

• Run the financial crime control environment and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as Deputy MLRO in the MLRO's absence and manage SARs, OFSI and NCA interactions.
• Maintain and evolve the Financial Crime Framework, policies and monitoring programs.
• Produce analytics, MLRO reports and regulatory returns; support governance and assurance.
