Peters Dean Care Ltd is seeking a Deputy Manager to oversee three supported accommodation homes for young people aged 16–18 across Bognor Regis and Worthing. You will work closely with the Manager, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality support while travelling between sites.

You’ll lead safeguarding, plan audits, and support the team to deliver consistent care. A leadership or health and social care qualification is preferred, with a full driving licence and vehicle required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in supported accommodation, residential childcare, or similar social care setting.
• Previous senior or supervisory experience.
• A leadership or health and social care qualification is advantageous.
