CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Home Manager for a care home in the Bognor Regis area. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure high-quality resident care and manage regulatory compliance.

The role requires visible leadership, strong budgeting, and excellent stakeholder relations. The successful candidate will hold a Level 4 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, with a salary in the high-£60k range and monthly pay.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care is required.
• 2–3 years’ experience as a Home Manager or in a senior management role within a care setting.
• Experience managing budgets, staffing levels and financial performance.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide confident leadership to the home and create a safe, caring environment.
• Lead, motivate and develop senior teams with recruitment, induction and performance management.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred care and compliant care planning.
• Oversee budgets, health & safety, medication management and safeguarding.
• Collaborate with Area Manager and other colleagues to drive improvement.
