Job summary

Lifeways is seeking an inspirational Deputy Manager to join our Bolton service at Red Lion Apartments, a 16-unit development providing 24-hour support for people with complex mental health needs.

As Deputy Manager you will support the Service Manager to ensure compassionate, person-centered care, empower your team, and maintain high quality standards across shifts and weekends. A driver is ideal but not essential.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable or working towards).
• Proven experience in team leadership and operational management.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care — and leading by example.
