Leonard Cheshire is recruiting a Deputy Manager Registered Nurse in Penzance. You will lead a team of nurses and care staff, deputise for the Service Manager, and ensure a well-run, person-centred service with high nursing and clinical standards.
The role supports residents with disabilities, promotes independence, and requires current NMC registration and leadership experience. Shifts are mainly 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday.

St Teresa's is a residential service with nursing support in Penzance, and home for up to 27 disabled adults. Residents are deeply involved in the running of the entire service. You’ll find excellent facilities, a friendly and positive atmosphere and a beautiful local area.
Primarily working Monday to Friday with shifts falling between 8am - 4pm.
