Lifeways is seeking a Deputy Manager – Mental Health for its Hazelmere service in the United Kingdom. The role requires leading a dedicated team to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred support for adults with complex mental health needs.

You will ensure safe operation, regulatory compliance, and positive outcomes while promoting a supportive culture among staff and individuals supported. The ideal candidate has a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards it) and proven

The Opportunity

Deputy Manager – Mental Health

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional to join our team at Hazelmere.

We would love to hear from candidates with experience as a Deputy Manager, Team Leader, Senior Practitioner, or in a similar leadership role. Most importantly, we're seeking someone who embodies our CHOICE values and is passionate about supporting adults to live as independently as possible while navigating the challenges associated with complex mental health needs, including bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and psychosis.
