Lifeways Group is seeking a Deputy Manager at Heron Court to support the Registered Manager in delivering exceptional, person-centred care that helps residents live independently with the right package of support.

You will lead with empathy and professionalism, foster a supportive culture, build relationships with families and the local community, and drive quality improvements across services.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable or working towards).
• Proven experience in team leadership and operational management.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care—leading by example.
