Job summary

Buzzworks Holdings is seeking a dynamic Deputy Manager to support daily venue operations, lead a team, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will work closely with the General Manager, coach staff, uphold quality, service and safety standards, and drive guest-first service. Flexible shifts and progression opportunities are available in our people-first culture.

As a Deputy Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of the action, working closely with the General Manager to lead the team, delight guests, and keep everything running smoothly. You’ll support everything from high-energy service to training and development, helping create a venue that both customers and colleagues love.
