Buzzworks is seeking an Assistant Manager to be at the heart of the action, supporting the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences, running smooth shifts and leading a vibrant team with confidence.

This hands-on leadership role involves coaching the team, driving outstanding service, assisting with rotas, stock, training and development, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that guests and staff love.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership or guest service.
• Ability to coach and develop a team.
