Job summary

Buzzworks Holdings is seeking a dynamic Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day running of a Buzzworks venue, working closely with the General Manager to lead the team and ensure top guest experiences.

You will be involved in training and development, uphold high standards of quality and safety, and help foster a welcoming, customer-first culture across Buzzworks venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or ready to take the next step.
• Strong leadership and guest-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The Works

As a Deputy Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of the action, working closely with the General Manager to lead the team, delight guests, and keep everything running smoothly. You’ll support everything from high-energy service to training and development, helping create a venue that both customers and colleagues love.
