Job summary

Urban Fresh Burgers & Fries in Doncaster is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the RGM and drive the site to reach its full potential through strong leadership, hands-on management and a customer‑focused approach.

You will uphold top quality food, exceptional service and cleanliness, lead by example, train staff on health and safety, manage cash and records, and work with the team to hit sales and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to self-motivate and manage.
• Good mathematical ability and numerical accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in maturity, professionalism and integrity.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by meeting targets and standards.
• Train and monitor health and safety, food hygiene, and workstation compliance.
• Complete all due diligence and paperwork related to food safety and health and safety while on duty.
• Cash up and maintain accurate financial records.
• Uphold high standards of food hygiene and preparation.
• Collaborate with the management team to hit sales, costs and performance targets.
