Sgs-Care-Ltd's client operates a Children's Residential Home in South Shields. We are seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager, lead Residential Childcare Practitioners, and oversee care planning.

Children and Young People aged 5–18 years with a variety of different needs and requirements.
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Care (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential. Training and enrolment onto relevant qualifications will be provided.
Minimum 6 months' experience in a relevant field is desirable but not essential. Experience within an Ofsted regulated children's home is advantageous.
