SGS-Care-Ltd in Worsley, England is seeking a Deputy Manager for a Children’s Residential Home to lead daily operations, oversee care planning and ensure high standards of safety and welfare for children aged 5 to 18. Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 40 to 48 hours per week, with flexibility to cover shifts as needed to ensure the smooth running of the home, plus participation in the on-call rota.

Service Users: Children and young people aged 5 to 18 years with a variety of different needs and requirements.
Qualifications Required: A relevant qualification such as the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Care is desirable but not essential, as in-house training is provided.
Experience Required: A minimum of 12months in Children's Home / Children's Residential.
