Norse Care is seeking a Deputy Manager for High Haven, Downham Market, on a permanent basis. The role is 37 hours per week, with a salary of £37,080.97 per annum. You will lead care teams, develop care plans and ensure high standards of person-centred care within a supportive environment.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care professional to join our team as Deputy Manager at High Haven, on a permanent basis working 37 hours per week.
As Deputy Manager, you will get the chance to work alongside dedicated management and operational care teams, playing a vital role in developing and maintaining excellent care services.
You will be constantly engaging with all colleagues and tenants/residents to ensure care plans are continuously reviewed and tailored to provide the best support, whilst also seeking guidance from care professionals that we partner with.
This role will provide you the opportunity to make a real difference in the care services we deliver, using your own compassion and dedication to drive and motivate our fantastic team.
You will have previous experience working at a supervisory level in a Social Care environment alongside:
