Job summary

Norse Group’s Downham Market care home is seeking a Care Team Leader to supervise staff, coordinate daily care, and support home managers to deliver high-quality, person-centred services.

The role offers a daytime shifts, 35 hours per week, with enhancements on top of the base hourly rate £15.50, and a commitment to staff development, wellbeing, and ongoing training in accredited courses.

£15.50 (Days) + enhancements + paid sickness scheme

35 average hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

Shift Patterns: Monday - Sunday, 0630-1730

A Day In The Life

You will build strong relationships with your colleagues and community health and social care professionals. With a natural ability and initiative to lead and motivate others, you will work closely with the home managers, supporting the day-to-day supervision of staff and overseeing the care provided.

Providing compassionate care is at the heart of everything we do, so it will be vital that you set an example through your delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will champion our residents’ independence using your expertise to provide creative solutions that empower them to make informed choices in line with their person-centred care plan.
