Orchid Healthcare Ltd in Port Glasgow is seeking a permanent Deputy Home Manager to lead nursing, dementia and residential care, ensuring the highest standards of quality for the home’s frail residents.

The successful candidate will be an RGN with an NMC PIN, available for 40 hours per week, with immediate interviews. Salary is £24 per hour or £49,920 per annum, and you will support the Registered Manager in delivering outstanding care.

Qualifications

JOB DESCRIPTION

A permanent Deputy Home Manager post has become available in a nursing home in Port Glasgow that specialises in elderly care.

• £24 per hour
• Must be RGN with NMC PIN

The successful Deputy Manager candidate will be required to assist the Manager in planning and implementing the highest quality of nursing care to the homes frail elderly residents, some of who may suffer with dementia. You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of nurses and carers and helping to ensure the smooth running of this reputable nursing home. Good communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding care are therefore essential.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
