Job summary

PSR-Solutions seeks a Deputy Manager for a Children's Home in Westbury. You will assist in daily operations, support staff, and ensure the home meets high standards to help young people thrive.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential childcare including supervisory capacity.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management is desirable.
• A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.

Our client, a leading provider of residential and educational support to children, is looking to appoint a Deputy Manager to their Childrens Home inWestbury.

Experience Required

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential childcare including experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management is desirable – provided if needed
• A full UK driving licence which you've held for at least 12 months
