Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking a Deputy Manager for a Children’s Home in Rugby. You will support day-to-day operations, lead a care team and ensure a safe, supportive environment for young people with social, emotional and mental health needs.

The role offers a base salary within a range and a total package up to £52,852 with generous bonuses, induction, and long holiday entitlement. There are clear progression opportunities within the group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential childcare including supervisory capacity.
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (England) completed.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management desirable (if needed).
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.

Our client, a leading provider of residential and educational support to children, is looking to appoint a Deputy Manager to their Childrens Home in Rugby.

As a Deputy Manager you will be a part of making sure that the home environment can support this by ensuring both staff and the young people feel secure, safe and motivated. • Salary: Base salary of £42,664 - £49, 452

By assisting in the management of the day-to-day operations in the home, supporting the whole team and making sure the home operates to their high standards - you will enable their young people to get their childhood back and create pathways to become well rounded adults.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential childcare including experience in a supervisory capacity.


• Level 3 Diploma qualification in Residential Childcare (England)


• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management is desirable - provided if needed


• A full UK driving licence which you've held for at least 12 months
