Job summary

Sterling Cross Ltd in Wirral is seeking an experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to help run a residential care home. Working DAYS (40.5 hours), you will support the Home Manager to oversee care delivery, staff supervision and regulatory compliance within a warm, dementia-friendly environment.

The role requires prior deputy/ senior experience in a care home, NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, and valid UK right to work.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Deputy Manager, Unit Manager or Team Leader within a residential care home is essential.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
• Strong leadership skills within a healthcare setting.
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work; please note this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
