Riverside is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead a dedicated team in our supported living service in the UK. You will drive compassionate, high-quality care, ensuring dignity for residents and compliance with CQC standards.

In this role you will develop staff, monitor outcomes, and deliver reports while maintaining safe, person-centred services in a challenging environment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional development.

Qualificações

• Experience of working within a CQC registered supported living or extra care services environment.
• Experience leading a team and planning/prioritising tasks in challenging environments.
• Experience reviewing, monitoring and evaluating outcomes in a CQC registered service.
• Competent IT skills and ability to analyse key outcomes data to drive improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide motivational leadership to empower and engage your team to deliver an outstanding service with compassion and respect, putting customers first and treating them with dignity while ensuring CQC standards are met.
• Lead and develop staff, monitor service delivery against quality metrics, and contribute to service improvements through data analysis.
• Ensure accurate reporting and statutory submissions related to the service.

Working Hours:37.5 hours per week, full time

About you

• Experience of working within a CQC registered supported living or extra care services environment.
• Experience of leading a team, working in challenging environments with the ability to plan and prioritise tasks to achieve results.
• Experience of reviewing, monitoring and evaluating outcomes in the delivery of a CQC registered service.
• Competent IT skills.
• Experience producing reports, statutory submissions and other communications and analysing key outcomes data to understand and drive service improvements.
