Job summary

Aldi is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in Wolverhampton to lead in the Store Manager's absence and drive sales while maintaining high service standards. You will train colleagues, check displays, and work towards achieving store targets in a dynamic retail environment.

As a Deputy Store Manager at Aldi, you’ll take pride in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, minimising costs, and improving operational efficiency. You’ll support the Store Manager by training colleagues, checking displays, and achieving sales targets. This role offers real responsibility and is the perfect stepping stone for experienced team leaders on their journey towards a store management role.

Skills & Experience
