Aldi is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in Immingham to drive sales, deliver customer service, and support the Store Manager. You will train colleagues, check displays, and work to hit KPIs while minimising costs and improving efficiency.

Flexibility is required with 25-35 hours per week, plus an hourly premium of £4 when running the store. The role includes 28 days of annual leave and ongoing training opportunities throughout your Aldi career.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
• Strong time management and cost-control abilities.
• Motivated to achieve and exceed targets with a customer-focused approach.
• Knowledge of compliance and Health & Safety standards is desirable.

As a Deputy Store Manager at Aldi, you’ll take pride in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, minimising costs, and improving operational efficiency. You’ll support the Store Manager by training colleagues, checking displays, and achieving sales targets. This role offers real responsibility and is the perfect stepping stone for experienced team leaders on their journey towards a store management role.

Skills & Experience

• Skilled in time management and cost control
• Motivated to achieve and exceed targets consistently
• Strong customer service and compliance skills
• Previous Store Management experience is a plus but not essential
