Job summary

Aldi is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in the United Kingdom. You will run the store in the Store Manager’s absence, drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and support cost control and stock rotation. You will also oversee till operations and uphold Health & Safety standards.

This role offers 25–35 hours per week with enhanced pay when running the store, along with 28 days of annual leave and ongoing development opportunities within the Aldi career path.

As a Deputy Store Manager at Aldi, you’ll take pride in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, minimising costs, and improving operational efficiency. You’ll support the Store Manager by training colleagues, checking displays, and achieving sales targets. This role offers real responsibility and is the perfect stepping stone for experienced team leaders on their journey towards a store management role.

Skills & Experience

• Experience managing teams in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
• Skilled in time management and cost control
• Motivated to achieve and exceed targets consistently
• Strong customer service and compliance skills
• Previous Store Management experience is a plus but not essential
