Job summary

Aldi is seeking a dedicated Deputy Store Manager in the United Kingdom to lead operations in the Store Manager's absence and drive performance. You will mentor colleagues, optimise displays, and help reach sales targets while maintaining Aldi's service standards.

As a Deputy Store Manager at Aldi, you’ll take pride in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, minimising costs, and improving operational efficiency. You’ll support the Store Manager by training colleagues, checking displays, and achieving sales targets. This role offers real responsibility and is the perfect stepping stone for experienced team leaders on their journey towards a store management role.

• Previous Store Management experience is a plus but not essential
