Job summary

Zachary Daniels is recruiting for a Deputy Manager in Bristol for a fashion retail store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, lead from the shop floor and develop the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates will have prior Deputy/Assistant Manager or supervisory experience in fashion retail, with strong leadership, commercial acumen and a passion for fashion and people.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Supervisor in fashion retail.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a retail team.
• Strong commercial awareness and a passion for achieving results.
