Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader within fashion retail.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager with the overall sales and commercial performance of the store.
• Leading and motivating the team on the shop floor.
• Taking charge of the store when the Store Manager is absent.
• Making sure customers receive an excellent experience.
• Supporting the delivery of visual merchandising and maintaining the presentation of the store.
• Helping maintain strong standards across stock, operations and compliance.
• Reviewing KPIs and using commercial information to identify opportunities to improve sales.
• Building relationships with customers and representing the brand positively.

We’re currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with a thriving fashion brand in Bristol. This is a great chance for an experienced Retail Supervisorto step up, take on more responsibility and continue developing their career within a high-profile store.

You’ll work closely with the Store Manager and play an important role in the day-to-day running of the store. From leading the team on the shop floor to driving sales and delivering a great customer experience, you’ll be someone who enjoys being hands-on and setting the standard for others.

What You’ll Be Doing
