Job summary

Aldi Stores in Wales is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager by training colleagues, checking displays and driving sales.

You will run the store in the absence of the Store Manager, deliver exceptional customer service, manage stock rotation and health & safety, and help meet store KPIs and cost targets.

The role is part-time (25–35 hours weekly) with 28 days of annual leave, maternity benefits, comprehensive training, and lifestyle perks.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
• Skilled in time management and cost control.
• Motivated to achieve and exceed targets consistently.
• Strong customer service and compliance skills.
• Previous Store Management experience is a plus but not essential.
